Black poles with cameras being installed in West U/Bellaire and nearby?

I noticed lots of black poles with cameras that look like security cameras being installed on them along Bellaire Blvd. near the railroad tracks in Bellaire, there’s one along Weslayan Rd. in West U and one along Stella Link nearby.

Anyone know what these are for? Never seen them anywhere else in Houston before. I’ll try to get a picture if I get the chance.
