Black and Gray Tattoo Artist

Hey I am working on trying to find a tattoo artist in the Houston (or SoCal) area. I am looking to get a sleeve done and have a general idea of the design I would like. There are a few artists I have found online and I really like their work (Niki, Mumia). I have skimmed through some of the recommendations given here, but it doesn't seem like a lot of the artist have done as detailed work. I was hoping anyone could give me advice on either how to find an artist who can create similar work or artist recommendations.
