Birthday weekend and alone. Any recommendations for solo activities Saturday/restaurants to dine alone?

Turning 30 and doing a solo birthday. Willing to go anywhere in the Houston metro area for activities and late lunch at a nice restaurant. Restaurant budget for one is less than $100. Please recommend.
