birthday recommendations in houston?

/surrounding areas as i’ve never been to san antonio/austin. it’s my birthday next week but looks like i’m going to celebrate early this weekend instead…but i’m not sure what to do (i’m not from the US). just looking for ideas or fun things i might have missed in my time here?

i’ve done all the touristy stuff in houston, i’m late twenties F, like history and books and arts type stuff…pumpkins? animals? experiences? idk! i just want to do something fun/american to ease the burden of aging. i’m kinda thinking about going to san antonio but it would be easier to find something fun here!! sorry if this is weird!!
