Birthday in Houston

Hi, I grew up in Houston but will be in town to celebrate my 25th birthday. What is cool these days in Houston? What do us twenty-something’s do for their birthday?

I am a female, and I plan on inviting about 10 of my girlfriends. Not all of them know one another, so I would be open to activity suggestions as well.

Are there any restaurant/bars you recommend? I had my eye on Julep and MAD. Thanks in advance!
