Birthday Ideas (Houston)

What’s up everyone. My (26M) wife’s (26F) birthday is coming up on Feb 9th. We both live in Houston. What’s a memorable night I can give her for her birthday? We’ve already done all the museums and things like that in Houston. Just seems like there’s nothing really to do here anymore. Last year, I took her to a coursed dinner in a yatch in the Kemah boardwalk and she loved it! Any ideas like that?? Nothing crazy expensive but if it’s a little pricey that’s fine too. Please let me know !!
