Birthday experience gift ideas

My boyfriends birthday is coming up in February. He likes experience gifts (for example last year, I surprised him with a tour of Minute Maid). We’ve also both lived in Houston for most of our lives so it kind of feels like we’ve done everything there is to do in this town.

What are some ideas of some sort of experience I could surprise him with? (Low cost, money is tight!) thanks!!
