Birthday Experience for the Immune Compromised

My mother and father are currently staying near the MD Anderson campus as my dad recently was diagnosed with cancer and is now receiving chemo there.

BOTH their birthdays are at the beginning of October.

Is there a thrilling experience or a private dining situation you could recommend? They have to avoid crowds.
