Birthday Dinner Restaurant Recommendations?

Hi! I’m visiting Houston for my birthday and I’d appreciate some restaurant recommendations. There are about 12 people going. Everyone going is around 20-25 and I’d like some place with a cool vibe/nice decor and drinks. Maybe on the fancier side so people aren’t just wearing tshirts/shorts, but also a place that doesn’t mind if our table gets a little loud. Hopefully less than $50 per person but if you know of more expensive places that are worth the money feel free to list some! We would go out to clubs later so maybe also a place that could be like a pre-game to the pre-game lol. Sorry the description is long but thanks in advance!!!
