Binge Eating Therapy/Treatment in the Loop?

Since I moved here about three years ago now I’ve back walked on all of my progress. It’s not really me trying to whine and complain and look for sympathy, I’m just really struggling with myself and was wondering if anyone had found success from treatment via either psychiatry and therapy or an ED clinic or even just a straight up team of doctors they’d worked with within the Loop. I’m in the Heights but I’m willing to drive some. I’m just really truly struggling now and I’m worried about my own health at this point. Whatever yall got I’m open to it
