Bike Route Through The City?

I’m looking for a good suggestion of a bike route that will take me through the city. I’ve lived in the suburbs of Houston my whole life but still don’t feel like I know the city well at all. Driving and parking is annoying and it’s too big to walk. Any suggestions?
