Bike Paths around Town

What are the best bike paths around town for newbie cyclists? Preferably a few that aren’t very crowded with other cyclists and walkers/joggers. I’m an owner of a hybrid bike, so paved and gravel trails are the types of paths I’m hoping to travel. 🚲
