Biggio as skipper

I know it’s not at all a thing and he isn’t in consideration. I think the guy is also too humble to take up the mantle. But you can’t deny he has lots of boxes checked. Multi position player with key insight. A propensity to read pitchers better than most. Obviously excellent hitter. Ability to present calm demeanor in heavy situations. Grit to work through good and bad seasons. And finally a decent level of class.

Not sure where he falls on his personal acceptance of stats and metrics but I do know he has had some runs as HS coach and small MiLB coaching run.

Maybe the perfect blend of old school with new school?

Again, I know it’s not in anyone’s cards but I was just curious as to how some fellow fans would feel about it?

I think it would be a pretty cool move.
