Big 12 will vote Sept. 10 on formal offers to four new schools for conference

Presidents at Big 12 Conference schools are expected to vote Sept. 10 on extending membership offers to four universities: Cincinnati, Houston, Central Florida and Brigham Young. And it looks like those schools are ready to accept.
