Beware of homeless

Hello citizens living in the 3rd ward, just raising some concern that we encountered at around 6:20am this morning. Someone had come in our backyard and covered one of our cameras with a napkin. This raises concern as they seemed very curious, and for them to enter, it would require them to hop the fence. If you see this man please beware, and has anyone else seen him?
