Best Yemeni and Vietnamese coffee shops?

Hello! Visiting Houston this week and was interested in getting some recommendations for Yemeni/Vietnamese coffee shops (Austin sorely lacks in these options so I'm making sure to get my fix while I am here!)

So far I have heard good things about Mazajj Yemeni Coffee and Le'Drip. Extra points for any places that are nice to sit and study in for a long period of time. Your advice is appreciated, thank you!
