Best way to get rid of clutter & Junk

I am decluttering my townhouse and I have a bunch of things to get rid of – room full -.

The junk has some useful stuff: a chair, used stainless steel sink , clothes, some electronics. It also contains some junk that needs to be thrown away: broken mirror, misc cables …etc

Any idea is welcome. Thanks.
