Best way to get in contact with a nurse in the St Joseph ICU?

My mother in law is in critical condition due to Covid and is in ICU since this weekend. In order to get updates about her condition we have to call. I usually call ‭(713) 757-7523‬ but was wondering if there’s a better way to get in contact with them.
