Best Vietnamese food with great banh mi and other options too

Visiting Houston and only really have time for one great Vietnamese meal. Ideally would like both banh xeo and banh mi as options but not a bakery/sandwich shop without broader menu. I find often the places w the best banh mi don’t have much else and vice versa…

Any recommendations?
