Best traditional breakfast

Looking for the best under the radar pancakes, eggs, and bacon type places.

Obviously there are the national chains and Dots and Kellys, but I was wondering if there are any other local spots that people should try and what's the price/environment like?

Take The toasted yolk for example, to me its overpriced and over hyped. Having spent time in other parts of the country I'm used to simple breakfast places that are both great, but reasonably priced.
