Best spicy foods

I was wondering if we could compile a list of the best spicy food in town per food category.

Not a list of the spiciest food, but the best spicy food.

Personally, the Taiwanese Beef Noodle from Tiger noodle house was great at a 3/5 hot. Went back and had it at 4/5 and it was unedable.
