Best Seafood Restaurant in Houston?

Hi, I'm trying to plan a special birthday dinner for my girlfriend in November and wanted to ask for the best seafood restaurant in Houston. I know Houston has a TON, used to live there and I visit regularly, but I never got into the food scene too much (I know, I suck, I'm trying to catch up). Anyways, my girlfriend absolutely loves seafood so I'm trying the find the absolute best in terms of food and service. I've got an idea from google but wanted to see if there were any well kept secrets, or just recommendations on the usual Houston classics. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
