Best restaurant to get liver?

Looking to try beef liver, (ideally grassfed) and was wondering if yall know of any place that actually tastes good. Fancy restraunts, hole-in-the-wall, whatever. I want to try it for health reasons, but also just to say i've done it and know if I like it or not.
