Best places to buy flowers in Houston for anniversary ?

My girlfriend’s and mines anniversary is coming up and I was wondering if there are any good flower shops around? I usually just buy any flowers I can find whether it be at Kroger or somewhere else but I want to see if I can find a place with more variety. (Also she does not like roses)
