Best Place to Donate Toys and Kids’ Clothes?

Any recommendations for where to donate toys (in good condition, a lot of good outdoor toys) and clothes where they get to who needs them most? I was thinking Houston Area Women’s Shelter, but I don’t know if they take actual item donations.
