Best Omakase?

Looking for a traditional omakase experience for my husbands birthday, it will be about 2 weeks after our baby’s due date so definitely desperate for those fish!!! We both have been to Japan and love sushi so looking for really authentic and traditional omakase in Houston. TIA!
