Best Mexican Elote in Houston

I searched to avoid a double post, but all are outdated.

Does anyone know where I can get elote within the Houston city limits? There used to be a man at the Fiesta on Airline and I-45 but last I heard his stand was stolen and he hasn't been back since he was robbed.
