Best Local Chicken & Waffles?

Willing to drive but prefer closer to 610 and it has be local or family owned. The best I've had in Houston is at Anonymous Cafe (the fries went well them too). Thanks in advance, I've already started working on the list from the "Best Cafe" thread so far.
