Best lamb in Houston?

Looking for some suggestions for lamb! Can be lamb chops, barbacoa, leg of lamb, lamb ribs, whatever!

Currently Fogo de Chao has the best ribs I’ve had so far; surprisingly papasitos also has great lamb chops but they’re on the sweater end.

Lamb is one of those things where it’s either great or horrible, so send me your experienced!
