Best internet providers in Midtown?

Ran a search but didn't see many recent results. Moving to Houston and need the best internet possible for work from home; apartment offers multiple providers and as I understand it, they're all just about as bad. Any feedback on which I should go with in the Midtown neighborhood specifically? In a high-rise apartment complex.
