Best Food in Houston (Conroe)

Hey All,

I'll be working in Conroe Texas for about 6 days. Flying in and out of Hobby and I'll have a rental car. Where in Houston should I go for food? I live in Atlanta and I'm from Florida originally, so I have access to lots of great food anyway. I'm mostly interested in what Texas does better than anyone else. I'm also a coffee pro, so I'll be hitting up some good coffee spots while I'm there too.

Oh, and I will be finding a spot to watch the Super Bowl, since I'm in town solo the day of the game.
