Best/favorite lunch special or food oriented happy hours in the Montrose area?

Hey y’all, I moved to the montrose area about 5 months ago or so and am looking to find some new food spots that have good lunch specials or happy hours with food on the menu. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays and would like to find something new. Price doesn’t really matter, and I’m open to any kind of cuisine.

I’m pretty well acquainted with restaurants around the area but it seems like places are hit or miss if they publish their specials online. What do y’all recommend?
