Best fancy steaks delivered

I wanted to get my brother some nice beef cuts for his birthday. He likes to cook so I thought he might enjoy some really fancy steaks.

Right now I'm thinking B&B Butchers, but wasn't sure if there was somewhere else with similar quality but less markup.

Also open to other suggestions for local foodie gifts.
