Best cheap luxury (or average plus) apartments in Uptown, Galleria, River Oaks, or Galleria area ?

Hi guys, I know this gets asked a lot but I am in need of a more specific answer really.

I am not looking to get a “cheap” apartment so to say, but everything has been climbing up in prices. I am looking for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath (or if at all possible, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath) for $1500 ideally, but willing to go up to $1800.

Is it difficult to get an apartment with a balcony in this price range in the Uptown, Heights, River Oaks, or Galleria area? Do you have any that come to mind? I just want to be in a clean and safe place, with a balcony really.
