Best burgers by price?

Too many "best burger" threads are putting burgers of all different price levels together and that's just not super helpful to me (personally), as I have totally different expectations for a $6 burger vs a $19 burger. What are your recommendations for best burger at each price point?

Let's try:

1.) Under $5
2.) $5 – $10
3.) $10.01 – $15
4.) $15.01 – $20
5.) Over $20

Conditions:
Daily specials/HH don't count; price should be valid any time
Fries/drink should not be included, just the burger price is relevant
