best and well priced florists around houston? (Katy, sugarland, to down town houston)

The reason I am asking is because florists are one of those businesses you do not know how much you are paying till your item is nearly done. Also because it is difficult to drive from florist to florist seeing combinations and pricing because they are few and far in between. because of this i was wondering if anybody here knows some that are well priced so that I do not have to spend $100 on a small sized design again.
