For his new all-day cafe, Benjamin Berg spent a lot of time combing through farmers markets for vendor ideas.

The result is NoPo Café, Market & Bar, the latest venture in Berg Hospitality Group’s growing list of restaurants. It’s Berg’s first venture into breakfasts and a venture toward healthier food that Berg is seeing around Houston. He said his typical steak-heavy offerings at his restaurants like B&B Butchers & Restaurant aren’t everyday meals.
