Bellaire / Southdale train tracks

Looking into homes around the area and noticed the train tracks (parallel to Newcastle, inside the loop Bellaire) — does anyone live around the area and have any insight into the noise? I was told the trains aren’t allowed to sound the horn anymore but how bad is the train noise? Any other cons?

Also, do you know how many times a day to the trains run / does anyone have an approximate schedule?
