Bellaire proposes $139M budget, prioritizing capital improvement projects
Bellaire officials laid out the city’s proposed $139 million budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 during a July 21 City Council meeting. The proposed budget is more than double FY 2024-2025’s budget of $52 million.
