Bellaire considers removing dedicated funding for park land acquisition as part of new strategic plan

City officials met on April 14 prior to budget season to go over the city’s proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2028 strategic plan, including adding projects such as updating the Evergreen Park Master Plan and renovating the Public Works facility, according to the presentation.
