Beginner-friendly rock climbing gyms

Hi y’all , I’m looking for a good facility/gym that is great for rock climbing first-timer. I have zero experience and would love to change up my workout routine. I don’t have any equipment so if someone could point me to affordable shoes/harness/equipment . Tips & suggestions also appreciated. Thanks a bunch!
