Been seeing these pop up tents on the side of the road for a few months now. Anyone know what they are?

One tent says GenMobile which I assume is selling mobile services and I’ve seen one that has a handmade sign saying “Free Tablets.”

Cars will literally stop on the side of the road and it has clogged up traffic near an intersection.

Seen them in a few other places as well.
