Beef Ribs and Brisket. Pinkerton’s ? Killen’s? Truth? Pit Room or CorkScrew?

I posted this before reddit went dark (and it dissappeared- I'm not a member of the Houston forum) I know there are other posts about "BBQ" but mine is much more specific. If I only had room for one choice- which bbq joint would give me the best experience?
