Because Houston has no zoning, noise ordinances are especially difficult to enforce. Many other cities target allowable sound levels by zone. Given this, we want to interview Houston residents concerned about vehicle noise in their neighborhoods!

Researchers at Brown University are studying aftermarket mufflers and their impact on vehicle noise in communities. We want to hear from residents across the U.S. on how they feel about vehicle noise in their community and recent vehicle noise legislation.
