Bear Creek Park Dumpster

I’ve been curious for months now. Finally came here to ask if y’all have any idea why it’s there or how it got there.

My first thought was that it was originally in the park itself and the Harvey flooding moved it into a space that’s not easily accessible, so the city left it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
