BBVA USA promotes new chief investment officer

BBVA USA, one of the largest banks in Houston, promoted a new chief investment officer.

Jorge Unda was named CIO of BBVA USA’s asset management units, according to a Jan. 9 press release. Unda’s appointment is effective immediately, a company spokesman confirmed.
