BBQ that makes you go WOW?!

I’ve had truths and Pinkerton, didn’t really like them that much. The corn pudding at truth was really good though. I have also tried Pappas BBQ and it’s just mediocre to me.

I’m looking for something mind blowing, I had terry blacks when I went to Austin a while back and their food was pretty insane, very good and flavorful imo, any suggestions here in Houston?
