BBQ recommendation open in evening

I'm in Houston for a short time for work, and was looking forward to checking out some Houston BBQ, particularly gettg some brisket.

Unfortunately, my flight gets in about 2.30pm, so I only have the evening. I know a few great ones that I was looking at, like Truth and blood bros, finish hours before then. Are there any others worth checking out?

Staying near the Medical Centre, so anything within reasonable distance via Uber
