A fully leased 129,527-square-foot industrial property near Baytown has been sold to a Boston-based private equity firm.
High Street Logistics Properties paid an undisclosed amount to acquire the Cedar Crossing Distribution Center from Denver-based Mountain West Industrial Properties and Galveston-based American National Insurance Co.
