Baytex Energy completes $2.2B acquisition of Ranger Oil, adds board members and leaders

With the closing of the acquisition, Baytex Energy Corp. appointed two former Ranger Oil Corp. directors to its own board and added two executives from the former Houston company to its leadership team.
